Shipping Policy

We process all orders during business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST) between Monday and Friday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days but can take up to 5 days, provided they are national holidays. We use this time to securely package your items and verify your delivery address and transactional information. This is an essential step so that your package shall arrive soundly at the delivery address you specified.

Once your package is dropped off at a mail carrier, it typically takes 7 to 15 business days (up to 21 calendar days) for a delivery destination in the United States and 15 to 30 business days (up to 42 calendar days) for a non-U.S. destination. While most packages arrive within these time frames, please note that there could be unforeseen circumstances which could cause a delay, such as natural disasters and adverse weather. Moreover, please allow additional days for delivery during holidays and high-sale seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas.

For deliveries to addresses in the U.S., we use UPS and USPS. For non-U.S. addresses, our fulfillment centers shall use local mail carriers, equivalent to USPS Ground Service, in the destination country.

Once your package is shipped, you will be notified by our Shipping Confirmation email. This email contains a Tracking ID Number, which you can use to track your package online. Should there is any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our support team will typically respond to your request within 1 business day.
